1. Return Window

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • To qualify, the item must be:

    • Unworn and unused

    • With original tags and packaging

    • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • After approval, we will provide:

    • A return shipping label

    • Instructions on how and where to send your item

  • Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

4. Damaged or Wrong Items

Please check your order when you receive it.
If you find any damage, defect, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue quickly.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Sale/discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Perishable or hygiene-related goods (if applicable)

6. Exchanges

For a different size, color, or product, kindly place a new order after your return is approved.
This ensures faster processing and stock confirmation.

7. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Bank or card processing times may vary.
